🎤 Annual Day Speech in English

Good morning/afternoon, respected teachers, parents, dear students, and esteemed guests,

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to the Annual Day celebration of Greenwood Public School. I am Pramod Sharma, and it is an honor to share a few words on this special occasion that brings us together to celebrate the achievements, talent, and growth of our students over the past year.

Annual Day is more than just a day of festivities; it is a moment to reflect on our accomplishments, recognize hard work, and inspire ourselves for greater achievements in the future. Today, we gather not only to enjoy performances, awards, and speeches but also to honor the efforts of everyone who has contributed to our school’s journey—teachers who guide with patience and dedication, parents who support us at every step, and students who strive to learn and excel.

Over the past year, we have witnessed remarkable milestones. Students like Ananya Mehta in the science competition and Rohit Singh in sports have made us proud with their talent and perseverance. Their accomplishments remind us that consistent effort, discipline, and creativity can turn dreams into reality. At the same time, it is essential to remember that each student has unique abilities, and every small effort counts toward growth and learning.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our principal, teachers, organizers, and volunteers for making this event possible. Your commitment ensures that every student feels valued and motivated to perform their best. I also extend my thanks to the parents for their continuous support and encouragement, and to all the guests for gracing this occasion with their presence.

On this special day, let me share a motivational thought: “Success is not measured by the awards we receive, but by the effort, learning, and character we develop along the way. Let every achievement inspire us to reach higher and dream bigger.”

As we celebrate Annual Day today, let us cherish our accomplishments, enjoy the talent on display, and commit ourselves to continuous learning, growth, and teamwork. Let us remember that the journey is just as important as the destination, and every moment of dedication and hard work counts.

सुप्रभात/नमस्कार, आदरणीय शिक्षकगण, माता-पिता, प्रिय छात्र-छात्राएँ और सम्मानित अतिथिगण,

ग्रीनवुड पब्लिक स्कूल के वार्षिक दिवस समारोह पर आप सभी का स्वागत करते हुए मुझे अत्यंत खुशी हो रही है। मैं, प्रमोद शर्मा, इस विशेष अवसर पर कुछ शब्द साझा करने का सम्मान महसूस कर रहा हूँ, जो हमें एकत्रित करता है और पिछले वर्ष में हमारे छात्रों की उपलब्धियों, प्रतिभा और विकास का उत्सव मनाने का अवसर देता है।

वार्षिक दिवस केवल उत्सव का दिन नहीं है; यह हमारे उपलब्धियों पर विचार करने, मेहनत की सराहना करने और भविष्य में और बड़ी उपलब्धियों के लिए प्रेरित होने का अवसर है। आज हम केवल प्रस्तुतियों, पुरस्कारों और भाषणों का आनंद लेने के लिए नहीं एकत्र हुए हैं, बल्कि उन सभी का सम्मान करने के लिए भी हैं जिन्होंने हमारे स्कूल की यात्रा में योगदान दिया—धैर्य और समर्पण के साथ मार्गदर्शन करने वाले शिक्षक, हर कदम पर समर्थन देने वाले माता-पिता और सीखने और उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त करने का प्रयास करने वाले छात्र।

पिछले वर्ष में हमने उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियाँ देखी हैं। छात्रों जैसे अनन्या मेहता ने विज्ञान प्रतियोगिता में और रोहित सिंह ने खेलों में अपने प्रयास और प्रतिभा से हमें गर्व महसूस कराया। उनकी उपलब्धियाँ हमें याद दिलाती हैं कि लगातार प्रयास, अनुशासन और रचनात्मकता सपनों को वास्तविकता में बदल सकते हैं। साथ ही, यह याद रखना भी आवश्यक है कि प्रत्येक छात्र की अपनी अनूठी क्षमताएँ हैं, और हर छोटा प्रयास विकास और सीखने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण है।

मैं इस कार्यक्रम को संभव बनाने के लिए हमारे प्रधानाचार्य, शिक्षकों, आयोजकों और स्वयंसेवकों का हृदय से धन्यवाद करता हूँ। आपकी प्रतिबद्धता सुनिश्चित करती है कि प्रत्येक छात्र को मूल्यवान और प्रेरित महसूस हो। मैं माता-पिता का भी धन्यवाद करता हूँ जिन्होंने लगातार समर्थन और प्रोत्साहन दिया, और सभी अतिथियों का भी जिन्होंने अपनी उपस्थिति से इस अवसर को सम्मानित किया।

इस विशेष दिन पर, मैं एक प्रेरक विचार साझा करना चाहूँगा: “सफलता केवल प्राप्त पुरस्कारों से नहीं मापी जाती, बल्कि उस प्रयास, सीख और चरित्र से मापी जाती है जो हम इस यात्रा में विकसित करते हैं। हर उपलब्धि हमें ऊँचाईयों तक पहुँचने और बड़े सपने देखने के लिए प्रेरित करे।”

जैसे हम आज वार्षिक दिवस मनाएँ, आइए हम अपनी उपलब्धियों का आनंद लें, प्रदर्शित प्रतिभा का उत्सव मनाएँ और निरंतर सीखने, विकास और टीमवर्क के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हों। आइए याद रखें कि यात्रा उतनी ही महत्वपूर्ण है जितना कि मंज़िल, और समर्पण और मेहनत का हर पल मायने रखता है।
