Think about it—every great company we admire today once started as a small idea in the mind of a young person. Whether it was technology startups, social enterprises, or innovative services, it is often the youth who ignite revolutions in industries.

Let me share a simple story. My friend Arjun once had an idea to help local farmers sell their produce directly to customers through a mobile app. At first, people laughed at his dream. But with determination, he turned that idea into reality. Today, his startup not only helps farmers earn better profits but also ensures consumers get fresh produce at affordable rates. सोचिए—हर बड़ी कंपनी कभी एक छोटे से विचार से शुरू हुई थी। चाहे तकनीकी स्टार्टअप हों, सामाजिक उद्यम हों या नई सेवाएँ—अक्सर इन्हें आगे बढ़ाने वाले युवा ही होते हैं।

मैं एक छोटी कहानी साझा करना चाहता हूँ। मेरा मित्र अर्जुन किसानों को सीधे ग्राहकों से जोड़ने के लिए एक मोबाइल ऐप बनाना चाहता था। शुरुआत में लोगों ने उसका मजाक उड़ाया। लेकिन मेहनत और धैर्य से उसने उस विचार को वास्तविकता में बदला। आज उसकी कंपनी न केवल किसानों की आय बढ़ा रही है बल्कि उपभोक्ताओं को भी ताज़ा और सस्ता सामान उपलब्ध करवा रही है। यही है युवा उद्यमिता की शक्ति—सपनों को प्रभाव में बदलना।

युवा उद्यमिता क्यों आवश्यक है? क्योंकि यह रोजगार पैदा करती है, आत्मनिर्भरता बढ़ाती है और नवाचार को प्रोत्साहित करती है। यह युवाओं को आत्मविश्वास देती है, समस्याओं को हल करना सिखाती है और समाज में योगदान का अवसर देती है।

हालाँकि चुनौतियाँ भी हैं—पूँजी की कमी, असफलता का डर, सही मार्गदर्शन की कमी। लेकिन याद रखिए—असफलता सफलता का अंत नहीं, बल्कि उसकी ओर बढ़ने का मार्ग है। हर असफल प्रयास हमें धैर्य और मजबूती सिखाता है, और यही उद्यमिता की असली ताकत है।

एक प्रसिद्ध कहावत है: “अवसर का इंतजार मत करो, अवसर खुद बनाओ।” यही युवा उद्यमी करते हैं। वे केवल अपने लिए ही नहीं बल्कि दूसरों के लिए भी अवसर पैदा करते हैं।

प्रिय मित्रों, आइए हम सब युवा उद्यमिता की भावना को प्रोत्साहित करें। युवाओं को मार्गदर्शन, संसाधन और प्रेरणा दें। एक ऐसा वातावरण बनाएँ जहाँ रचनात्मकता का सम्मान हो, जोखिमों को समर्थन मिले और सफलता सबके साथ साझा की जाए।
