With AI handling routine data analysis, she can focus on strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and mentoring her team. Similarly, students like Rohan Verma must now prepare not only to learn technical skills but also to cultivate critical thinking, collaboration, and lifelong learning habits.

The purpose of today’s discussion is to highlight the importance of embracing these changes proactively. The workplace of tomorrow will reward those who can combine technology with human insight, innovate continuously, and remain resilient in the face of change. मैं रोहन मेहरा आज आपके सामने कार्य के भविष्य पर अपने विचार साझा करने का सम्मान महसूस कर रहा हूँ। हम एक ऐसी दुनिया में जी रहे हैं जहाँ तकनीकी प्रगति, वैश्वीकरण और कार्यस्थल की बदलती परिस्थितियाँ लगातार हमारे काम करने के तरीके को बदल रही हैं। आज का कार्यस्थल केवल पिछले दशक की तुलना में काफी अलग है और कार्य के भविष्य को समझना छात्रों, पेशेवरों और संगठनों के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।

सबसे पहले, मैं आयोजकों का धन्यवाद करता हूँ जिन्होंने इस महत्वपूर्ण सत्र का आयोजन किया, हमारे आदरणीय अतिथियों का आभार व्यक्त करता हूँ और सभी प्रतिभागियों का धन्यवाद करता हूँ जिन्होंने उत्साह और भागीदारी दिखाई।

कार्य के भविष्य को ऑटोमेशन, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, डिजिटल टूल्स और लचीले कार्य व्यवस्थाओं द्वारा आकार दिया जा रहा है। नौकरी में अब रचनात्मकता, अनुकूलन क्षमता और भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता की आवश्यकता बढ़ रही है, न कि केवल दोहराए जाने वाले कार्यों की। उदाहरण के लिए, सुश्री कविता राव, एक टेक कंपनी की टीम लीडर हैं। AI द्वारा डेटा विश्लेषण करने से, वह रणनीतिक योजना, रचनात्मक समस्या-समाधान और टीम मेंटरिंग पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर सकती हैं। इसी तरह, छात्र रोहन वर्मा को केवल तकनीकी कौशल ही नहीं सीखने चाहिए, बल्कि आलोचनात्मक सोच, सहयोग और जीवन भर सीखने की आदतें भी विकसित करनी चाहिए।

आज की चर्चा का उद्देश्य यह दर्शाना है कि इन बदलावों को सक्रिय रूप से अपनाना कितना महत्वपूर्ण है। आने वाला कार्यस्थल उन लोगों को अधिक अवसर देगा जो तकनीक और मानव अंतर्दृष्टि को जोड़कर काम कर सकते हैं, लगातार नवाचार कर सकते हैं और बदलाव के सामने लचीले बने रह सकते हैं। संगठन, शिक्षक और व्यक्ति मिलकर ऐसे कौशल विकसित करें जो प्रासंगिक, अनुकूलनीय और भविष्य उन्मुख हों।

जैसा कि दूरदर्शी भविष्यवादी जेरड लियोनहार्ड ने कहा है, “कार्य का भविष्य मनुष्यों और मशीनों के सहयोग के बारे में है, प्रतिस्पर्धा के बारे में नहीं। जो बदलाव को अपनाएंगे, वे सफल होंगे; जो विरोध करेंगे, वे संघर्ष करेंगे।” यह हमें याद दिलाता है कि तकनीक कोई खतरा नहीं, बल्कि मानव क्षमता और रचनात्मकता को बढ़ाने का एक उपकरण है।
