Account Deletion Policy – Spoken Root

Spoken Root allows all users to delete their account at any time.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion by contacting us at:

Please include your registered email or phone number to verify your identity.

2. What Happens After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

• All personal information (name, email, mobile number, progress data) will be permanently removed.
• You will lose access to all free and paid features.
• Any active subscription will be cancelled, but no refunds are provided for already-used services.

3. Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain minimal data only where required by law, such as transaction records for tax or legal compliance.

4. Irreversible Action

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You may create a new account anytime.
