It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to this proud and patriotic celebration of our nation—Republic Day. I am Pramod Sharma, and today I feel honored to share a few thoughts with you on this significant occasion.

Republic Day, celebrated on the 26th of January every year, marks the day when the Constitution of India came into effect, making India a sovereign, democratic republic. It reminds us of the ideals of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity that our nation is built upon. It is a day to honor the vision of our founding leaders and the sacrifices of countless patriots who made this day possible.

Today, as we gather here, let us remember that Republic Day is more than a flag hoisting ceremony or parade. It is an occasion to reflect on our duties as responsible citizens, to respect the rights and freedoms of every individual, and to contribute positively to our society. The true spirit of Republic Day lies in embracing unity in diversity, practicing compassion, and striving for excellence in all aspects of life.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone present here—our teachers, for guiding and inspiring us; our families, for their love and support; and friends, for joining this celebration with enthusiasm. Your presence makes this Republic Day celebration truly special.

On this day, let me share a motivational thought: “A nation’s strength lies not only in its Constitution but in the character, dedication, and unity of its citizens. Let us uphold these values in our daily lives and contribute to a prosperous and harmonious India.”

As we celebrate Republic Day today, let us pledge to remain united, respect our diversity, uphold justice, and strive for peace and development. May we continue to work together to make our nation proud and secure a bright future for generations to come.

गणतंत्र दिवस हर साल 26 जनवरी को मनाया जाता है। यह वह दिन है जब भारत का संविधान लागू हुआ और भारत एक संप्रभु, लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य बना। यह न्याय, स्वतंत्रता, समानता और भ्रातृत्व जैसे मूल्यों की याद दिलाता है, जिन पर हमारा राष्ट्र स्थापित है। यह हमारे संस्थापक नेताओं की दृष्टि और उन अनगिनत देशभक्तों के बलिदान का सम्मान करने का दिन है जिन्होंने इस दिन को संभव बनाया।

आज जब हम यहाँ एकत्रित हुए हैं, आइए याद रखें कि गणतंत्र दिवस केवल तिरंगा फहराने या परेड देखने का दिन नहीं है। यह अपने कर्तव्यों को निभाने, प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के अधिकारों और स्वतंत्रता का सम्मान करने, और समाज में सकारात्मक योगदान देने का अवसर है। गणतंत्र दिवस की सच्ची भावना विविधता में एकता को अपनाने, सहानुभूति का अभ्यास करने और जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त करने में निहित है।

मैं आज यहाँ उपस्थित सभी का हृदय से धन्यवाद करता हूँ—हमारे शिक्षकगण, जिन्होंने हमें मार्गदर्शन और प्रेरणा दी; हमारे परिवार, जिन्होंने अपना प्रेम और समर्थन दिया; और मित्र, जिन्होंने इस उत्सव में उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। आपकी उपस्थिति इस गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह को और भी विशेष बनाती है।

इस दिन, मैं एक प्रेरक विचार साझा करना चाहूँगा: “एक राष्ट्र की ताकत केवल उसके संविधान में नहीं, बल्कि उसके नागरिकों के चरित्र, समर्पण और एकता में निहित है। आइए हम इन मूल्यों को अपने दैनिक जीवन में अपनाएँ और एक समृद्ध तथा शांतिपूर्ण भारत में योगदान दें।”

जैसे हम आज गणतंत्र दिवस मनाएँ, आइए हम एकजुट रहने, अपनी विविधता का सम्मान करने, न्याय का पालन करने और शांति एवं विकास के लिए प्रयास करने का संकल्प लें। आइए हम मिलकर अपने देश का गर्व बढ़ाएँ और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए उज्जवल भविष्य सुनिश्चित करें।
