हमारे शहर के युवा सामाजिक नेता श्री रोहन वर्मा ने वंचित पृष्ठभूमि की लड़कियों के लिए एक मेंटरशिप कार्यक्रम शुरू किया। उनकी पहल के माध्यम से कई लड़कियां उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रही हैं, नेतृत्व कौशल विकसित कर रही हैं और पारंपरिक पुरुष प्रधान क्षेत्रों में करियर बनाने का सपना देख रही हैं। इस तरह की कहानियां हमें याद दिलाती हैं कि एक लड़की को सशक्त बनाना पूरे परिवार और समुदाय को उठाने जैसा है।
