I am Neha Sharma, and it is my honor to welcome you all to this gathering dedicated to celebrating women in leadership. Today, we come together to recognize the incredible achievements of women who lead with vision, courage, and determination.

Leadership is not defined by gender, title, or position. It is defined by impact, integrity, and the ability to inspire others. Women leaders around the world are breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes, and creating a more inclusive, equitable society. From CEOs like Ms. Anjali Kapoor to community leaders like Mrs. Radhika Mehta, their journeys remind us that leadership is about resilience, empathy, and courage.

The purpose of this gathering is simple: to inspire, empower, and encourage everyone—especially young women—to embrace leadership opportunities and believe in their potential. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organizers for arranging this inspiring event, to our speakers for sharing their insights, and to all attendees for your enthusiasm and participation. सुप्रभात आदरणीय अतिथिगण, सम्मानित वक्ता, प्रिय मित्रों और सभी प्रतिभागियों,

मैं नेहा शर्मा हूँ, और आज के इस कार्यक्रम में आपका स्वागत करते हुए मुझे अत्यंत हर्ष हो रहा है, जिसका विषय है महिला नेतृत्व। आज हम यहाँ एकत्रित हुए हैं उन महिलाओं की अद्भुत उपलब्धियों को सम्मानित करने के लिए, जो दृष्टि, साहस और दृढ़ता के साथ नेतृत्व कर रही हैं।

नेतृत्व का निर्धारण लिंग, पद या शीर्षक से नहीं होता। यह प्रभाव, ईमानदारी और दूसरों को प्रेरित करने की क्षमता से मापा जाता है। दुनिया भर की महिला नेता बाधाओं को तोड़ रही हैं, रूढ़िवादिता को चुनौती दे रही हैं और अधिक समावेशी और समान समाज बना रही हैं। सुश्री अंजलि कपूर जैसे सीईओ और श्रीमती राधिका मेहता जैसी सामुदायिक नेता हमें यह याद दिलाती हैं कि नेतृत्व धैर्य, सहानुभूति और साहस का नाम है।

इस सभा का उद्देश्य सरल है: प्रेरित करना, सशक्त बनाना और विशेष रूप से युवा महिलाओं को नेतृत्व के अवसर अपनाने और अपनी क्षमता पर विश्वास करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना। नेतृत्व केवल मार्गदर्शन करने के बारे में नहीं है, बल्कि सुनने, सहायक बनने और दूसरों को उठाने के बारे में भी है।
